ATHENA Nomination Form

Supporting, honoring, and developing women leaders this award was inspired by the goddess of Greek mythology known for her strength, courage, wisdom, and enlightenment — qualities embodied in the ATHENA Leadership Model™. The award is unique in both scope — local, national and international — and the ATHENA mission upon which it is based.

ATHENA® Leadership Award recipients are individuals who:

Have achieved the highest level of professional excellence.
Contribute time and energy to improve the quality of life for others in the community.
Actively assist others, particularly women, in realizing their full leadership potential.

An awards ceremony & luncheon is held each January to honor the ATHENA® Leadership Award recipient and nominees. Through this program, we hope to build awareness of the honor and valuable contributions being made by individuals in our business and professional community.

ATHENA nominations for 2025 will close on October 31st. The ATHENA selection committee will convene in November to review nominations.
