
Ogden, Utah, April 2026—Bank of Utah has named Spencer Pack as Vice President, Relationship Manager. Pack has more than 20 years of banking and business development experience, with expertise in commercial lending and relationship management.
Before joining Bank of Utah, Pack served as a Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer, at D.L. Evans Bank and as a Vice President, Acquisition Relationship Manager, at JPMorgan Chase. He also previously worked as a Business Development Officer at Bank of the West. In addition to his banking career, Pack brings more than 20 years of business-to-business sales experience.
Throughout his career, Pack has held various roles in the banking industry, including personal banker, branch manager, business banking officer, business development officer, commercial loan officer and relationship manager. He has closed hundreds of loans for clients, including owner-occupied commercial real estate loans, SBA loans, investor-financed commercial real estate loans, equipment term loans and lines of credit.
“My goal is to help business owners access the capital they need to grow and to be a trusted financial partner to my clients,” said Pack. “I’m excited to work for a high-growth community bank that supports small business owners and helps them scale their businesses.”
Pack is actively involved in the community, serving for three years on the development committee for The Road Home, an organization that helps individuals and families experiencing homelessness transition into stable housing. He has also served for one year on the board of directors for the Southwest Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Pack earned an associate degree in business administration and management from Ensign College.
