
Treasure hunters claim $20,000 prize—half for themselves, half for the Utah Kids Foundation. Side Quests continue statewide!
Ogden, Utah, August 14, 2025—The search is over! Bank of Utah’s third annual Where’s the Wallet Cash Quest ended in a record time of just 10 days when Stazie R., Koaly B. and Jennete B. of Springville, Utah, found the hidden wallet on the Yellow Fork Trail in Herriman, Utah.
The winning team walked away with $10,000 in cash and have the opportunity to donate another $10,000 to the Utah Kids Foundation, the local charity of their choice. In addition, the team received a two-night stay at Black Desert Resort in Southern Utah and a custom leather wallet from Stock & Barrel.
Bank of Utah’s Where’s the Wallet Cash Quest challenges Utahns to follow weekly social media clues to locate a hidden wallet somewhere in the state.

Utah Kids Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to supporting Utah’s special needs families and caregivers by providing essential medical supplies, support programs, disability-friendly events and a comprehensive online support forum.
Side Quests Still in Play
Although the grand prize has been claimed, treasure hunters can still join the fun through Side Quests. These bonus challenges send participants searching for hidden piggy banks across Utah, with winners receiving a handmade Stock & Barrel leather wallet and a two-night getaway at Black Desert Resort.
