OGDEN, UTAH (Dec. 17, 2025) – Legacy House of Ogden, a welcoming senior living community managed by Western States Lodging and Management (WSLM), is embracing the spirit of the season by encouraging residents, associates and families to write heartfelt “kindness cards” for members of the greater Ogden senior care community. These cards—filled with messages of gratitude, encouragement and holiday cheer—will be displayed on a community card wall throughout December as a visual reminder of shared compassion.
On December 22, the completed cards will be delivered to staff and residents at two local skilled nursing facilities: Pineview Rehabilitation and Stonehenge of Ogden. The goal of the initiative is to uplift individuals who may be working or living away from loved ones during the holiday season, offering warmth and connection when it’s needed most.
This community-wide effort, which is part of Western State Lodging and Management’s annual “Be Loving” Kindness Campaign, reflects Legacy House of Ogden’s commitment to fostering loving and meaningful connections that extends beyond its own walls. By involving residents, families and team members in the creation of “kindness cards,” the project becomes a collective act of love and encouragement—one that radiates positivity throughout the Ogden area.
