Instead of finding new issues halfway through a repair, the Beckstrom team performs a full diagnostic scan on both the electrical and safety systems before the work begins. As Day notes, the last thing a customer wants is to pick up their car only to find a new problem.

This simple step prevents frustrating delays that can plague a repair, ensuring by the time the vehicle is ready for reassembly, every single part is on site.

In the video, Day shares a powerful story about a customer who brought in her father’s old farm truck. The truck already had immense sentimental value, but while it was in the shop, a tragedy struck: the customer’s husband was killed on his motorcycle. The Beckstrom team understood that the project had completely changed and added a surprise.
“I knew that this truck would also represent her husband as well,” Marshal recalls. “She loves that truck… and it means the world to her.”
