For an individual to be eligible for Spiker membership, the person must:

Be available to attend Spiker functions as outlined in Section VI, Article a of the current bylaws
Be an upstanding community citizen
Demonstrate leadership responsibility in his/her company or community
Have financial responsibility
Be an active member of the Ogden-Weber Chamber of Commerce for at least one (1) year prior to Spiker membership.
