ATHENA Leadership Award Nominations

Supporting, honoring, and developing women leaders this award was inspired by the goddess of Greek mythology known for her strength, courage, wisdom, and enlightenment — qualities embodied in the ATHENA Leadership Model™. The award is unique in both scope — local, national and international — and the ATHENA mission upon which it is based.

ATHENA Leadership Award recipients are individuals who:

Live in Weber County.
Have achieved the highest level of professional excellence.
Contribute time and energy to improve the quality of life for others in the community.
Actively assist others, particularly women, in realizing their full leadership potential.

An awards ceremony & luncheon is held each January to honor the ATHENA Leadership Award recipient and nominees. Through this program, we hope to build awareness of the honor and valuable contributions being made by individuals in our business and professional community.

ATHENA nominations are open January 1 – October 1 (submissions received after that will be considered for the following year). The ATHENA selection committee will convene in October to review nominations.
