Q: What is Eide Bailly doing that you are most excited about?
A: Being able to bring international expertise and resources to our community. Whether it’s expanding R&D credits or understanding Tax Reform, we are at the forefront of emerging issues that affect businesses.
Q: What is the company’s biggest challenge and how are you addressing it?
A: Client interaction and cyber security – this affects all businesses. Eide Bailly has a Cyber Security team with extensive expertise in this industry. We’ve been able to utilize our ability to keep ourselves secure with an offering to assist clients in doing the same.
Also, being innovative in an ever-changing environment is a priority for us.
Q: What are some of the ways Eide Bailly engages with the Ogden-Weber community?
A: We encourage our staff to get involved in the community. We provide them with volunteer hours that they can use as they wish and host office-wide service activities. Giving back and community engagement is a part of our office culture. Our Resourcefullness award gives $10,000 to a local nonprofit each year.
Q: What is something that people might be surprised to learn about Eide Bailly?
A: Although we’re the largest accounting firm in Utah, our corporate headquarters is in Fargo, North Dakota. Many don’t know the additional services we offer beyond tax and audit.

A: We’re proud to be a part of this community. Weber County has grown so much and businesses have come together to solve problems. We see the Ogden-Weber Chamber being a catalysis in this change and we look forward to being a part of the collaboration and growth.
